Executive Luxury Home w Pool/HotTub/Tennis on 100 acres at the Gateway to Georgian Bay just outside Creemore Ontario in the Mulmur Hills at the foot of the Niagara Escarpment.
Spacious renovated home sits on an elevation with 5 acres of landscape suitable for tents, weddings and family reunions. Tennis court with Basketball Hoop also suitable for Pickleball/Lacrosse and spaces for Football/Badminton/Competitive Games and sports.

Great Room offers fully equipped Kitchen/Dining area, Media Center with 70" Flat Screen TV, Billiard Table, Library of books/games, Play Station, Air Conditioned in Summer/Wood burning Brick Fireplace for Winter.

Sleeping for up to 12 persons with arrangements as follows:
3 proper bedrooms (2 Queen bedded rooms/1 Twin Bedset convertable to King Bed) in Main House with full ensuite baths and walk out to patio, hot tub, firepit and spacious grounds with amazing views. Lower lounge has pull out couch (queen)
Loft Apartment has 1 king bed and 1 queen futon couch/bed, bath and second kitchen.

Salt Water Pool is heated, with Poolside BBQ and patio area for entertaining.
Numerous patios, balconies and firepit have amazing Escarpment views.

Village of Creemore is 5 minutes away offering dining/shopping/CreemoreSpringsBrewery
Wasaga Beach is 15 minutes drive north - worlds longest freshwater beach
Village of Blue Mountain is 20 minutes north - golf/ski/bike/hike/paddle
