We are excited to share our newest property located on the picturesque Bowmore Farms! This charming century home is conveniently located just minutes to shopping, restaurants and entertainment in downtown Collingwood. Centrally located to many other attractions including Blue Mountain ski resort, Wasaga Beach, Playtime Casino and the Scandinavian Spa.

This completely private 1 BR open concept home comes fully furnished and equipped to make your vacation an enjoyable one! Featuring 9ft ceilings, stainless steel appliances, propane furnace, air conditioning, satellite HDTV, wifi, laundry facilities & propane BBQ. This home also boosts a gorgeous wrap around veranda as well as private porch off the 2nd story bedroom overlooking the beautiful gardens of Bowmore Farms.

Guests can also enjoy our private trail that winds through forests, meadows and ponds. The trail is located on the property and can be used for hiking, snowshoeing or cross country skiing. Whether its exploring the town, the waterfront, nearby ski hills, or the surrounding region, Bowmore Farms has something for everyone! Beautiful place, immaculate, very comfortable bed and owner had the AC on so when we arrived the place was already very comfortable (went during heat wave) If you like to cook on vacation you may want to bring some extra kitchen utensils but otherwise basics were great. Local business which was next door was noisy at one point.

The grounds are immaculate. The front porch is large and comfortable to visit on. The house is very clean and lovely. The bed was very comfortable. Country setting with country house; love it.

Peaceful stay, 15 mins drive from Blue Mountain Village

My spouse and I booked this as a getaway from the city kind of a trip. Loved the stay. Very cozy and very easy to locate. The place was well kept. Would be better if I didn’t have to carry my own sheets and towels but the stay was very pleasant

Best Holiday in Years

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cottage that suited our needs perfectly. A home away from home. We loved sitting on the wrap around porch morning or evening. Perfect getaway

This was the perfect getaway if you are looking for just chillin' experience. Nearby town of Collingwood was super cute & everyone was super friendly! Only drawback was the size of the shower. If you are a larger person, you will struggle. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful property carefully maintained

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. The house is not large, but the space is very well distributed, with a generous living room, nice sized kitchen, and a lovely loft bedroom and bathroom. The shower is only so-so, but overall the facilities are fantastic. The location proved excellent for accessing either Collingwood or Wasaga Beach, with an average drive of 10-15 minutes to most locations. The house was quiet and private, with beautiful gardens and grounds. We would definitely come back.

Peace and Tranquility in the Country

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed or visit to the area. Lots to do around Collingwood to keep us busy. The porch that surrounds the cottage gave us the opportunity to sit outside before setting out and after coming back from a busy day for a cup of tea or a drink. anyone who visits John and Cheryl's place will be thoroughly relaxed and the end of your stay. Glad we came here would be happy to come back again.

A great place to stay.

We enjoyed having a quiet place for us to enjoy. It rained, so we didn’t explore the property, but hope to come back. The home was perfect as it was close to Collingwood, and had a lot of space to stretch out and relax. Highly recommended.

Another fabulous visit

John has a wonderful property that is close to everything, yet quite enough to enjoy. We go to bike the area and we can leave for the day out the front door and not have to worry about loading the biles to enjoy the trails.
