What my "vacation rental" home dreams are made of. Even more beautiful than the pictures. Every single detail has been carefully thought of. Decor looked like it was straight out of a magazine. The grounds are right out of a fairytale. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms beautiful. Felt like an individual oasis. Plenty of space for our family to spread out. So close to downtown Clayton with shops and restaurants, but also private with the extra outdoor deck space and firepits. Property was so fun for our kids to run around in. They played in the meandering creek and picked daffodils. Wonderful, responsive hosts! House is everything that is pictured to be and so much more!

STYLISH YET DURABLE
Situated on 2.5 + gorgeous acres with huge yard and a creek to keep the kids busy while the adults unwind. Parents can relax, with endless outdoor space, durable furnishings, & uncluttered design this space is ULTRA kid & pet friendly.

GREAT FOR GROUPS
Easy to walk downtown while the rest of the group hangs back at the lodge. Plenty of room to spread out or be close together.

WALKABLE
Located less than ½ mile from downtown Clayton. Put the kids in a wagon (provided) and head to town! Downtown is adding new places all the time. Newcomers include Rabun Social Sushi and Tapas and Napa Wine Bar. Stroll to town on paved sidewalks after crossing one street across from City Hall and the *Farmer's Market (*when in season).

SPACES DETAILS
BEDROOMS & BATH
Three guest suites and additional sleeping space for 4 in the great room guarantees your group restful nights. Each sleeping area has fans, additional blankets, and other creature comforts.

BEDROOM #1 - Main Level
Sink into the lavish king-size bed and drift off into peaceful slumber. The private en-suite comes complete with dual vanities and gorgeous oversized walk-in shower. Full size washer and dryer in laundry closet off the master.

BEDROOM #2- Main Level
Equally cozy and beautiful second guest suite also features a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a tub/shower combo.

BEDROOM #3 - Upper Level
Head upstairs to find a loft style bedroom. Three twin beds make an ideal spot for kids to have sleepovers, or they can be converted into a king-size bed and one twin to sleep a couple or family. *We will leave details on how you can convert twins to a king bed.

Also upstairs is a queen-size luxury sofa sleeper sofa brings sleeping spaces up to 5 guests. "This sleeper by Burrow is made up of two mattresses stacked on top of each other, which makes sitting — and sleeping incredibly comfortable. (CNN)"

There’s also a TV with a game console, just in case the kids forget to bring their own. This bedroom has access to a half bathroom with a toilet and sink. * This space has a classic pitched ceiling. Ducking will be required for taller guests.*

GREAT ROOM - Main Level
With the flip of a cushion, two luxury leather sectional couches on the first floor convert to twin sleeping areas, providing ultra-comfy slumber for four more guests. Added luxe memory foam mattress provide ultimate comfort.

Two other half baths. One in the main house hallway and another in downstairs basement, perfectly placed for use while spending time outside.

KITCHEN & DINING
The modern, sleek, open-plan kitchen is every cook’s dream and is extremely well-equipped. Outfitted with all the cookware, utensils and appliances you will need. A large refrigerator and ample pantry space give you enough room to stock up on groceries, and oversized countertops provide plenty of space for meal prep.

Stunning kitchen island with seating for 8 brings a casual, communal vibe to mealtimes. Additional traditional table with 2 armchairs and 2 bench stools provides seating for 4 more.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have full private access to the entire lodge. Guests will access the lodge via a smart lock system using a secure code that will be sent prior to arrival via messaging. Check-in window is flexible, you can check in anytime after 3pm.

OTHER NOTES

-Your safety matters. This property has a ring camera with audio at the exterior of the house. This will be on at all times, but don't worry, it does not look into interior spaces.
-We comply with all sanitizing regulations.
-There are steps leading to the property entrance which are unsuitable for wheelchair users. We hope to modify this feature in the near future.
