Old, historical 2-family house "Il Torrione", 3 storeys. In the centre of Osteno 6 km from the centre of Porlezza, traffic calmed area, 20 m from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. Motor access to the house. Public parking 100 m on the road. Grocery, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 5 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Lugano" 23 km, pebble beach 300 m, shingle beach 200 m. Golf course (18 hole) 15.5 km, riding stable 5.5 km. Nearby attractions: Villa Fogazzaro Roi, Grotte di Rescia, Cascate di Begna, Menaggio, Lugano, Villa Carlotta-Tremezzo. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Como 16 km. Hiking paths: Intelvi Valley 8 km. Please note: car recommended. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. At the ground floor there is a bar.

Traumhafter Urlaub am Lago di Lugano
Die Wohnung liegt in einem Dörfchen direkt am See.
Was gibt es besseres um die Seele baumeln zu lassen und zu entspannen.
Die Wohnung hat alles was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht.
Ein kleiner Tante Emma Laden (Alimentari) ist gleich um die Ecke.
Unter der Wohnung ist eine Bar um lecker einen Aperitif, Capzccino zu trinken.
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut.
Der nächste große Ort Porlezza ist 29 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.
Wenn ich nochmals an den Luganer See reisen sollte dann wieder in diese Wohnung.
