Independent Maremma farmhouse in the Tuscan countryside with private infinity pool and breathtaking views. Renovated and recently renovated, it is furnished and decorated with great taste. It is located 30 km from Siena and 35 from Grosseto and can accommodate up to 9 guests (7 + 2). In an ideal position to discover all the treasures of Tuscany, the beaches of the Maremma, but also to relax on the terraces the garden and at the edge of the pool.



Arriving at this large and typical stone house (235 sqm + 25 sqm terrace) you can park directly in front of the entrance or in the private parking next to the swimming pool.

Entering you are in a large entrance that opens on the right in a huge kitchen, fully equipped and with a side room where you find an elegant 'economic kitchen' and a brick oven to make pizza, bread...

On the left there are the living room with a spacious sofa, a nice fireplace and a large television, and the dining room furnished with a large dining table.

Completing the ground floor is a bathroom with a hydromassage shower box.



The sleeping area with its 3 bedrooms and a bathroom is located on the first floor and is accessible by a large stone staircase from the kitchen.

The first room is furnished with a French bed, in the second one there are two single beds and finally in the third a large double bed and on the mezzanine another single bed. All rooms are furnished with Tuscan antique furniture. The bathroom on the first floor has a whirlpool bathtub for your relaxation.



On the first floor, from the master bedroom, with a few steps you reach a small living room that opens onto a large terrace. This living room is also equipped with a simple kitchenette. On the partially covered terrace you will find a barbecue, a table and chairs, sun loungers… Here you can sunbath in complete privacy and even have lunch or diner if you wish.



This beautiful and well-kept farmhouse with swimming pool in the heart of Tuscany is ideal for those who want to be independent and its strategic location allows you to visit the great Italian art cities (Florence, Arezzo, Siena, Pisa, Perugia), the small Renaissance towns and tourist places of high interest scattered throughout Tuscany (Pitigliano, Sovana, Pienza, Montalcino, Argentario ....).

And there's nothing more beautiful than taking a dip in the pool and relaxing in the garden around the pool after a day of discoveries and excursions.



The guests of the House Este have the exclusive use of the whole house, the terraces, the swimming pool...



We are available to all guests at any time, both to help them solve problems and to provide information on restaurants, events, things to see and do, excursions, beaches ...



To pay extra:

- Final cleaning: € 200.00 (to be paid locally on arrival)

- Bed and bath linen rental: € 20.00 per person and stay

- Heating: from 01.11 to 31.03 lump sum of € 450.00 per week

- Each guest of more than 7 (maximum two): € 30.00 per day.



3 km away are the Petriolo SPA and the Grand Hotel Petriolo Resort & SPA where you have the possibility of getting beauty treatments, take baths in the pools with sulphureous water and indulge in cosmetic treatments of high standing.

About 3 km. there is a bus stop connecting the town with Siena and Grosseto.

In the nearby village of Pari are two restaurants and a grocery store. Another grocery store and a restaurant are located in the village of Casal di Pari which is a couple of miles away.
