Loved the location and the view. Hotel was modern and clean, staff very helpful. We were able to easily take a shuttle to the cruise ship. Loved all the close dining options.

DON’T STAY HERE!

We were there one night before our cruise. The hotel had multiple issues during our one stay and most of the staff was very unapologetic for it. Their AC didn’t work and the room was sweltering. Additionally the entire hotel had no hot water and no working phone or tv in the room. We complained multiple times but the manager wasn’t on site and the front desk staff said there was nothing they could do about it.

Don’t let the beauty of the lobby fool you! The room was Dante’s INFERNO!! Our room smelled musty; the AC ran but did not cool. We contacted staff who “fixed” the settings which did not help. To add insult to injury we had an ice cold shower in the morning to wash off the sweat! The lobby was cooler than our room! We checked out early to sit in the lobby! No apologies. Staff did not care just wanted their money. If you are not staying in a suite, don’t stay here!!

We just stayed for a night before catching the ferry to Olbia. Really nice large room with A/C, clean, and free parking (limited availability), really nice bed and beautiful bedding. Very comfortable and just what we needed for the night.

It used to be a beautiful hotel, still very pretty, but dated. Exceptional location, can’t be more central. The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly. Best for off-season stays - gives the best value for money. The issue is with the appliances - either toilet is leaking or the sink is dripping because of poor design of both. They will fix it upon request though, until next time. If you can get the sea view room or luxury suite - these are the best options there, also best kept in shape. The breakfast is a must have: freshly baked and/or sliced food, great quality of everything. So overall I recommend this hotel, just be mindful of price when booking - it is closely working with cruise companies and can be fully/nearly fully booked, then becomes overpriced. Still in my opinion the best option in town!

We had a really super stay and the staff were very helpful and were able to provide my mum with a wheelchair throughout our stay. The hotel is ideally located for the railway station (100 yards) and the cruise terminal and is across the road from the beach and there are countless restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk.
