Very clean, nice pool and fantastic location (easy walk to Cala en Bosch, 2 minutes to a great little supermarket etc). Its not clear from the listing but there is only air con in the 4 bedrooms (not in the main kitchen/living area) - the host kindly provided a portable AC unit which did help a little (the temperature was 37C so air con is definitely needed!). We had a number of small niggles with the property - broken toaster, broken plug socket etc which in fairness were fixed pretty quickly. Unfortunately on several evenings we had multiple times where the electricity tripped off (it was easy enough to reset the trip switch but is a bit annoying after the 4th time!) - apparently this is a problem throughout the whole town (its a grid capacity issue, especially in peak season, so not a specific issue to the property) but worth being aware of!Overall the host was very responsive in addressing any concerns we had (other than the electrical issue which is outside of their control).
