The property is set amongst olive, fig and other fruit trees and has a lovely big kidney shaped swimming pool, *CLOSED UNTIL 15 MAY*, next to which is a magnificent gazebo, a barbeque and a full sized tennis court. Cisternino is five minutes by car, Ostuni, Martina Franca and Locorotondo around 15 minutes - all with their unique ancient centres/markets and a fabulous choice of food, restaurants and bars. The whole region is widely considered to be the most beautiful and unspoilt in Puglia. You are only 15-20 minutes by car from excellent sandy beaches.
The grounds are bound by natural stone walls and at the far end of the land there is a lovely view down to the sea. The Villa splits into four private wings sleeping 4, 4, 4 and 8 or can be rented as a whole.
Melograno is the spacious, ground floor apartment of the Villa Sant' Annina. Sleeps eight in two large double bedrooms, one ensuite and two twin-bedded rooms. In addition to the ensuite, is a large family bathroom and a separate toilet with a wash basin.
The extensive living/dining room opens out onto a private terrace which has direct access to the swimming pool. The terrace gets all the sun in the morning for a glorious breakfast.
