Island | Private Lake Retreat + Hot Tub Escape

Summary:

This home is named “Island” simply because it feels like one as you look across the water. Wake to lake views from bed, sunlight slowing you down before the day even begins. The decking quite literally floats on the lake, with kayaks for sunrise paddles and warm, quiet evenings by the log burner. Peaceful, simple and made for noticing just how still life can be.



The Space:

Island Lodge is an architect-designed, glass-fronted retreat set right on the water. The mezzanine bedroom overlooks the lake, and the open-plan living space has a log burner, underfloor heating and full-height windows that frame calm mornings and slow evenings. You’ll find a Smart TV with streaming apps, Bluetooth speaker, Starlink WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine. A quiet, elegant space for two.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the lodge, including:• The lakefront sun deck• Private hot tub• Private pontoon with direct water access• Two kayaks for exploring the lake



Check in from 3PM and check out by 10AM.



You can arrive at your own pace with self check-in via key box, just give us a call if you have any issues.

Getting Around:

Little Horseshoe Lake is a peaceful, private, gated estate just outside South Cerney, surrounded by nature yet close to everything you need.



Other Things to Note:

Please no dogs or pets. This is also an adult-only retreat, though babes-in-arms are welcome.



Quiet hours run from 10PM to 8AM, and we ask guests to respect the peaceful setting: No parties, and no smoking indoors.
