Everything on the resort was absolutely amazing. All of the dining was extremely expensive; we had no other options because we had to take a taxi into town for other food options. If I would have known this I would have stayed closer or on St Croix and not on a resort that takes 20 minutes to get to all civilization.

Beautiful resort and scenery, friendly staff, although if you’re looking for a resort with reasonable rates for dining and golf this is not it. The food portions are very small, weren’t the best quality and it’ll cost you 150$ for 2 people without any cocktails

Amazing property and great staff!!! Only complaint I have is: too hot to sit and eat outside. They should let guests dine inside of the air conditioned area. Other complaint is a coffee. Please get a better quality of coffee. Makes a big difference for a coffee lover guest. Thank you! We had an amazing time!!!

We had a nice big hotel room with a great view of the ocean, the restaurant food was excellent and the staff was great. The hotel connected us with the park service and we had a chance to volunteer for a “turtle count” on Buck Island (seeing the turtle hatchlings was an unforgettable experience). Mermaid beach was the. Beast of the 3 beaches they advertise. We were concerned about reports of Sargassum seaweed on the beaches but almost none was on Mermaid Beach (some of thr south beaches were covered). We would visit the hotel again.

Resort is beautiful, everyone is welcoming and very friendly. If you have difficulty walking the resort has steep hills and one really needs a car rental. Guests may call for the resort shuttle, but we felt captive and spent a lot on tips for the drivers. Breakfast buffet was good but not hot. Limited choices for lunch and dinner. Other than these, it was a relaxing time.

The hotel's location is very good. The stay includes breakfast, which was quite good. The room is spacious with an ocean view. The beds weren't very comfortable enough for me, but that's just a personal opinion. The bathroom is a bit rusty, but it's okay.

The property itself was nice. There’s not much around it to do so I did like the private beaches right on the grounds. You will have to walk far but can get a ride. There was nice bar that sold food and drinks right on the beach. The other beach area had games and too many people. It was nice to have a choice. Limited on dining areas. I believe as far as nice sit down restaurants, there were only 2. The one attached inside the hotel is where we ate. Beautiful view but no enclosure so it was warm. Not sure I liked that. But the food was really good. It took a long time to get our dinner but it was delicious once it came. I had the lam chops. They were delicious. Our room had a balcony and I liked that. A fridge and cold water available. Nice bathroom and shower accommodations. Large sink area. The turn-off although minimal is your handed this 4 or 5 page pamphlet to read as you come in. It tells u everything you need to know but waaaay to much reading when you’re on vacation. It has important info so you really should read it. The hotel was about 30 min from the airport . It was nice the hotel offered ride service. Not free but not expensive either. It was clean and seemed safe. Id go back.
This was the steep hill you have to walk up after you leave the beach area. Ask for a ride up entirely too far to walk.

The stay started a lil rough but the leadership staff particularly the general manager, Al, saved the stay. He went above and beyond to make our stay memorable for the right reasons. We will definitely return bc of his efforts. He allowed us to see the beauty of the resort and such. Awesome grounds, good food, wonderful beach.
