Come enjoy all St Croix has to offer in our newly renovated beautiful condo with a gorgeous sea view. Located in the heart of Christiansted, you will be within walking distance to the Marina, local beaches, multiple great restaurants, and Seaside Market that offers a full line of groceries and spirits. Only a short drive to the boardwalk that offers plenty of other great restaurants and bars, local shops, access to Hotel on the Cay Beach, and boats for excursions to Buck Island or fishing, scuba, and diving!

The condo is located right next to one of the two communal pools that also offers areas to lounge, barbecue, an outdoor shower, covered patio dining, and restroom. Condo complex has on site security, on site manager, a tennis court, and back up generators.

When not at the beach, pool, or out exploring the island, you will be comfortable in your private 2 bed and 2 bath condo that has been recently renovated. Brand new kitchen and master bath. Split AC units in both bedrooms and the living room. Enjoy the spacious patio overlooking the Marina and Caribbean sea. Free internet and Tvs located in the living room and master bedroom for at home entertainment.
