An open floor plan creates a continuous living space that extends the ocean views from the front patio to the untouched valley surrounding the pristine pool deck. The space
The open floor plan is at the heart of Vincy Villa as the uninterrupted interior seamlessly connects the sweeping front patio to the private rear pool deck. The Pool Deck has 1 camera that provides added security and covers a portion of pool deck. This camera is only reviewed following a security event.

Four breezy bedrooms provide ample space for accommodating groups of varying sizes. An abundance of house plants creates a true "Living Space" in every room throughout the house. And the living room features a 85" home theatre system perfect for movie nights.

Vincy Villa offers many unique amenities, including a fully private gym that includes a treadmill, stationary, and Mirror Fitness Trainer. Given the extensive outdoor space, we provide a number of amenities such as pool Floats so you and your crew get the most out of the space.

Nice vacation

The house was the perfect size for our family of 5, the beds were comfortable, and the outside views were amazing. Unfortunately, the pictures are very dated. The pool area is run down, and the fitness area was not clean and was very messy. Kyle the property manager was an excellent communicator and was very responsive when we needed the pool clean or when we had an issue with one of the ac units.

Pros-1- View was stunning2- Host was responsive and easy to work with3- Location to East End was greatCons-1- Kitchen was filled with roach poop. We even saw live roaches upon arrival. We understand bugs are inevitable in the islands, but the amount of droppings was excessive in the kitchen cabinets.2- Pool area looked nothing like pictures and hasn’t been maintained. Chairs missing cushions, hoses lying everywhere around property, and some furniture missing from pictures. Cameras on pool deck and not stated in listing. Pool drain missing cover which seemed like a safety issue with kids.3-Amount of functional beach equipment not adequate for number of guests. Only 2 useable chairs to bring to beach. Overall, this property could be wonderful, but it needs a lot of TLC.

Wonderful stay

This is a very comfortable home - Not luxury but very nice - well equipped. The hosts, Kyle and Robin were GREAT - responded quickly to any question and need. We would return with no hesitation. Only recommendations might be to upgrade/refresh the pool furniture. The pool was great - in the sun all day. Was a great two week stay.

Rain Forest retreat

Amazing stay tucked away in the mountains.

This was one of our favorite stays ever as a family. The house was comfortable, spacious, and quiet. We spent a lot of time in the pool and watching movies on the big couch. We are also nature lovers so listening to the many bird species call while watching the sunrise on the front patio was amazing. All amenities worked great. Plenty of hot water for showers. Mattresses were comfortable. All in all a great stay for us.

Perfect East End house on a hill!

We had a great stay here, the house was very clean and equipped with all basic things you need, towels, cooking supplies, games, sitting, etc. The views were AMAZING, just sitting on the deck in the morning was lovely. You had the area to yourself, no worries about close neighbors. The host responded very fast with any questions I had and helpful tips. 100% recommend for anyone looking for a more secluded area on the east end with beautiful views!

Beautiful views

The house is off 7 Flags about 20 minutes east of Christiansted. At the bottom of the road there are a few places to eat, we enjoyed the Sausage Shack the most. The house offers 4 bedrooms, two on each side of the house with Jack and Jill bathrooms, a large dining/kitchen, and a large living room with sectional and the biggest tv I’ve seen in a house. The workout room/laundry room has an exterior entrance next to the pool and is equipped with lifetime fitness workout machines, which we only tested the mirror to see how it worked and otherwise didn’t use. The washer/dryer worked perfect. The only issue we had while there was the AC in the main part of the house had something wrong with it but the host was quick to respond and sent the repair man out right away. The ACs in the bedrooms worked incredibly well. The house has solar so when there was a rolling blackout one day everything in the house still worked with the exception of the ACs. The internet was spotty and worked better in some rooms than others but it got the job done.

Serenity, Relaxation, Peace

Awesome experience! Kyle was extremely helpful in guiding us after some hilly roads to a peaceful abode. Escaping a busy work environment to this heavenly home was exactly what we asked for. Extremely quiet and waking up to a beautiful uplifting sunrise across the ocean amongst chirping birds. We were essentially home with all supplies and pots and pans and lots of spices to cook with. Kids loved the swimming pool. Workout was essential to me so there was a stationary bike and enough weights and a bench to get me through. Lots of restaurants nearby. Beautiful beaches a short drive away. Kyle was extremely helpful. Air conditioning went out one day and he got someone from the Energy department to come and resolve the issue promptly. Overall a great experience. If we return to the Island we know exactly where we will be staying. Janif

Perfect Spot for St. Croix Getaway!

Vincy Villa was the perfect spot for our family getaway to St. Croix. The location was 10/10 for what we were looking for. The views were absolutely stunning and we were a short drive from a fantastic beach as well as all Christiansted had to offer. It was located on the East End which was much more secluded than we anticipated but we loved it. You very likely want a 4x4 to get you up the mountain to where the house is situated. It is a bit of a hairy drive up but well worth it once you arrive. The home itself is well stocked with very comfy beds. Kyle was super responsive and helpful with recommendations. He even stopped up twice for various reasons to help make our stay as comfortable as possible. Would absolutely recommend.

A Pool With A View

Wonderful and quiet home

Had a great stay at Vincy Villa - incredibly relaxing and serene. We loved waking up to see the sunrise, listen to the birds, and take in nature. Hosts were responsive and left very nice treats at check in (STX’s delicious Mutiny vodka!). Only thing is be sure your vehicle can handle some rough roads to reach the house (careful not to scrape the bottom of your car on the hill driveway), but once you’re there, it’s clean, modern, and very comfy. Highly recommend Seaside Market for groceries, right near the house.

This house was so beautiful! It was on a mountain and the views were spectacular from every room! We had 8 people with us and we could all for in the house comfortably. The host is great also. If you have any questions or concerns, he answers right away.

Family stay

The home was well equipped for a family stay. Beach chairs provided, ample parking, basics needed for cooking and paper products, spices, some condiments and drinking water provided. Pool was warm and lovely on arrival and use of the washer/dryer was helpful. Lovely stay. Kyle was very responsive and easy to message. Only 1 door key provided, would have been nice to have more since we had several adults in our party. Both bathrooms were jack and jill. Beds were comfy and each bedroom had seperate airconditioner. Easy 15-20 min drive to Christiansted one way and close to Castaways for dinner.
