The Space:

Step into another world with this beautiful, newly renovated apartment situated in the Old Government Building (OGB). Designed for a couples retreat away from the day-to-day; you will love relaxing in this little sanctuary. Styled with a mix of new and old, and lots of luxury.



This city sanctuary features a luxury entertainer's kitchen with a De Dietrich Oven and induction cooktop, a commercial refrigerator, wine storage, blender and espresso machine. Also includes baking and cooking equipment, cocktail and drink ware. The designer bathrooms feature Italian terrazzo and ceramic tiles, marble topped vanities, brass fittings, luxe showers and a Kohler bathtub. It comes with its own underground car park, and access to the building's gym, swimming pool, and spa.



Guest Access:

From here you can walk around the Central City, sample the local cuisine at one of the many beautiful restaurants, or meander through the laneway shops of Christchurch.

Scooters, buses, Ubers and taxis are all readily accessible from this location.

For stays of two weeks or longer, we’re happy to provide a complimentary mid-stay clean to keep everything fresh for you! If you’d also like a fresh linen change for a small fee, just let us know and we’ll get that scheduled at the same time.
