The 48 m² apartment features 1 bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bathroom, and a covered panoramic balcony with impressive, unobstructed mountain views. The apartment is on the top floor and faces west. Additional amenities include a free covered parking space, high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating, satellite and cable TV, and a selection of books and brochures.
A shared outdoor area awaits you with a heated whirlpool (open May to end of October), sun loungers, garden, terrace, table tennis, foosball, relaxation area, lounge, barbecue, and outdoor shower.
The apartment is in the center of the small village of Gufidaun, in the heart of South Tyrol. Restaurants, a pizzeria, and a supermarket are just 2 minutes away on foot. The property is in the Eisack Valley, on a small hill between Bolzano and Brixen, at the entrance to Val Gardena and Val di Funes, close to the Dolomites.
