Charming 18th Cent. Cottage - 5min drive Soho Farm

Stoneleigh Cottage is a charming Grade II Listed, 18th Century cottage situated in the idyllic Cotswold village of Sandford St Martin; a stone's throw from Great Tew & Soho Farmhouse.

Soho Farmhouse is a 5 minute drive from the cottage.

It's an ideal base for visiting the Cotswolds, Oxford, Blenheim Palace, Silverstone, Cheltenham and Stratford-upon-Avon, or relaxing after a day's shopping in Bicester Village.

The space
The cottage has all of its original features and has recently been refurbished with modern shabby-chic design. The comfortable open plan living area boasts a wood-burning stove, 2 sofas, a 50” TV with Freeview TV. There is also a toilet/cloakroom and a dining area that seats 4 people. The kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher & fridge freezer.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms; Master bedroom with a double bed, storage, a 32" Freeview TV and on suite shower room. In the 2nd bedroom there is an additional double bed, storage and access to the main bathroom where there is a wardrobe and storage. All bedding is Egyptian Cotton with feather duvets and pillows.

The cottage has private, landscaped, gardens with a BBQ and seating area that you are welcome to enjoy in the summer evenings.

Ideally this would suit maximum 4 adults or a small family.
There is a luxury inflatable bed should it be required.
You will be required to use your own towels & food.
Minimum stay is 2 nights
No pets are allowed on the premises.
Checkout Monday – Saturday is 12pm.
The weekend rate is £250 per night.
