The photos of the home do not clearly represent the home, mainly the backyard. The photos made it look like a HUGE rectangular yard. Plenty of room for dogs to run, it was not. Much smaller than expected and the fence is falling apart. One of the posts was falling off, thankfully my dog isn't a runner, but if she was... The house is in dire need of a DEEP cleaning, not the normal wipe downs, but a steaming of the stained sofas, or honestly, a replavement.deep clean of the dingy bath etc. The front porch was covered in outdoor dusty debris and cobwebs. Location was great for beach and stores, but next to a loud intersection. Overall, not worth the money spent.
