Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with pots and pans, cooking utensils, baking trays, and dishes. The dining area seats eight, with three additional seats at the kitchen island.

Starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods and toilet paper are provided!

Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! It includes a 12 cup coffee maker and a Keurig. We provide a starter set of ground coffee, filters, k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia.

Laundry is available on site; the washer and dryer are located on the 2nd floor closet. For your convenience, both laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked! An iron and ironing board are also available.

$250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.

Water toys are stored in a shared shed for guest use at this home and the neighboring home, and may occasionally be unavailable if being enjoyed by other guests during your stay.

Guests have access to the entire home (other than locked closet), and outdoor spaces.

We are available for guests if needed via messaging, a phone number to reach us during the day and after hours is provided after booking confirmation. Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.

The home is nestled on a peaceful lake just outside of town, surrounded by mature pines and seasonal cabins. It’s one of only a few short-term rentals in the area—most neighboring homes are owned by families who have enjoyed the lake for generations.

A car is suggested for exploring the area, but Uber and Lyft are available. On-site parking is available, and downtown is only a short drive away.

The grill is located in the garage, and grill utensils are in the kitchen. An extra propane tank is located in the garage. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.

If a guest is under the age of 25, or if most of their group is under the age of 25, they may be required to submit photo IDs of everyone in the group and pay a security deposit for the booking to be approved.

- No candles or open flames allowed in the home.
- Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the home.
- Please be respectful of neighbors when using exterior spaces. Music and noise should be kept to a minimum after 9pm and before 8am.
- Property has exterior cameras for security of guests and property. Cameras capture 360 degree views of exterior property including front door, front deck facing the lake, front yard, back door and yard, side yards, garage and driveway areas. Recording occurs 24/7. No exterior cameras can view any interior spaces. No interior cameras. Tampering or disabling of cameras will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Tampering or disabling of wifi will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Rearranging furniture in the home that results in damages to the home or labor cost associated with returning furniture to its original location will be charged to the guest after check-out.
- Check-out is at 10am unless a late check-out has been previously approved. Check-out past 10am may result in a late check-out fee of $50 if this results in the cleaning team waiting for guest to check-out.
- Please report any problems or issues immediately so we can address these during your stay. Refunds will not be issued after check-out for any problems or issues that were not reported during the stay.
- Any violation of Airbnb terms of service or house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation.
