Busy this time of the year but the staff kept a smile and holiday cheer. You may find a hair or two in the family pool with kids but it's almost expected. The adult and indoor pools are nicer.

There was not robes available when we checked in and I called and asked twice after two hours. The receptionist told me I don’t need them. She also told me that I could come get extra towels myself. Eventually she radioed and the items were delivered immediately. There was no need for me to have to keep asking. The website says 18+ for the adult pools but my 18 year old son was told he’s a child at check-in. Your information does not line up. A lot of people with drinks and cameras in the pools. It was very clean and comfortable. Beautiful decorations for Christmas. Very quiet as well.

Check-in process was painfully slow deapite having filled out an online check-in form prior. We have two rooms - first room was ready half an hour after check-in and second room was not ready for another 2 hours! Heritage rooms were tired, outdated and unclean. The bedsheet had faint yellow stain. Carpet was rippled on the floor and the hotel lobby had multiple buckets as if they were catching leaks from the ceiling. There is only one microwave for the entire main building to use because there is no microwave in room. Its an over-priced hot spring pool experience as the hotel management monopolizes the hot spring area and jacks up the price because guests have no other choices in the area.

I used the pool my only complaint would be the 18+ only quiet indoor pool area had no staff supervision as teens and kids kept coming in and people we talking/yelling and splash and all I wanted to do was relax. I had to go to security to get them to talk with the people. It was my only disappointment. And would like to see staff in that area or keep a closer eye on it.

The breakfast buffet was absolutely terrible! I wouldn’t even pay $10 per person to have it as it was so bad. What made it worse was cost per person was $33. We mainly had to use the staircase as they only had one working elevator. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool on the first day because the robes were not available. We had to go to a different floor to get ice since the ice machine on our floor was broken.

Clean, good customer service.this is my 5th or 6th Times we are staying in Harrison Hot Springs resort. I was surprise they way the did some changes,now you can do check in online even 2 days before you come in , the change there towels , rooms are clean they have enough towels ropes, you can ask as much as you need . Before when you ask them they always had the old yucky towels even by the colors you could tell how old the towels were . Over all I’m so happy with my stay this time thank you for the good change.

It is not worth the money. The rooms are old. In addition, they charged $58 extra money for some other item (I think amenities). It was somehow a hidden fee.
