The room is great, and the hotel itself is what we remember from last time. The only problem is the other customers! Loud kids in the quiet areas and vaping/smoking when it is supposedly not allowed in the pools. I really wish there was a monitor of some sort…instead, it just makes us not want to come back. My daughter also found a dead mouse on the pool deck.

All was great, the only issue is that the hot tub was always crowded and the staff is not vigilant and do not enforce the rules at the quiet area, there are always kids and adults jumping and splashing or playing roughhousing in the big pool, unfortunately people do not read the clear signs on the wall, I wish they would bring back the tea time and the made to order omelettes and eggs for breakfast, that would be more value for the money we pay at Lakeside cafe for breakfast.

We love the location of Harrison Hot Springs Resort with the beautiful lake surrounded by forests and hills. The variety of pools whether inside or out gives many options to relax. If one does not want to eat at the resort there are many other places to eat and drink. It was a great place to relax.

I had booked the room a week in advance, and after waiting for a very long time, a room was finally made available to us at 5 pm. The outdoor pool is extremely slippery and filled with all sorts of debris. The upstairs neighbors started renovating very early, making it impossible to sleep!
