The exterior of the chalet is designed to maximise the enjoyment of the fine weather. The outdoor pool, measuring 4x3 metres with a constant depth of 1.50 metres, is perfect for a refreshing dip. It is equipped with child safety features and an outdoor shower, making it safe and convenient for the whole family.

The exterior also includes a porch area with a table and six chairs, a fixed charcoal barbecue, and a small bar with a sink, ideal for outdoor meals. Two sun loungers are available for relaxing in the sun. The property is fenced, and there are nearby neighbours.

The interior of the modern single-storey chalet combines comfort and functionality. The living room, equipped with centralised air conditioning and a Smart TV, offers a cosy space to relax and enjoy entertainment.
