Welcome to this beautiful flat in the Pueblo Marinero Urbanisation, ideal for 4 guests and located just 5 minutes' drive from La Barrosa beach. The urbanisation's facilities include a garden area where you can stroll or relax in the sun next to the shared chlorine swimming pool. It measures 26×13m and has a depth of between 1m and 1.8m. For the little ones, there is a children's pool measuring 7m × 7m and a constant depth of 0.70m. There is also an outdoor shower. Once in the house, you will be able to enjoy a furnished porch, perfect to have a drink with your companions. Being located in an urbanisation, the house has direct neighbours.





The interior has all the necessary amenities for a perfect stay. The living-dining room is equipped with a Smart TV and, for the hottest days, there are two fans. The independent kitchen has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably during your holiday. There is also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There are two bedrooms: the first with a double bed and the second with a bunk bed with two single beds. There is also a full bathroom with a shower. Please note that we do not offer a cot or high chair.

The urbanisation is located in the village of Sancti Petri, only 4 minutes from the beach. The beach of Sancti Petri is a natural treasure. With its fine golden sand, calm waters, and spectacular views, it offers the perfect environment to enjoy the sun, practice water sports, and relax in a paradisiacal atmosphere. The swimming pools are open from 15 June to 15 September.From Monday to Friday, the pools are open from 12:00 to 15:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00.On Saturdays and Sundays, the pools are open from 12:00 to 21:00.Pets are not allowed.The holding of events is forbidden.Please note that the opening and closing dates of the communal pool are subject to community regulations and may vary depending on the season, without prior notice.
