We were five adults, and this is our collective feedback: This spot was cute, and the layout was great. The living room was a good size for our group, and everyone liked that the kitchen was labeled so well. If you have trouble with stairs, know that there are a few flights to climb largely without a banister, and the steps are shallow.It’s located relatively close to a train stop and bus stops, but the bus can be unreliable. Obviously not the owner’s fault there. If you prefer a very quiet place at night or like to have windows open, know that you can hear the highway and train traffic day and night, and even more so with open windows, since it’s next to the highway.The TVs in the living room and primary bedroom worked great, as did the bidet in the primary bath (though the seat is stained). The water temp in the primary bath was annoying. On day one, it came out pretty hot. After that, hot water was an issue. I once waited 10 minutes and it never warmed up. But the other bathroom had hot water right away, every day.There was noticeable water damage and brown staining in various parts of the rental, plus all the air vents and bathroom fans were coated in dust and grime, which is unfortunate given the cleaning fee that’s charged.Cleaning supplies were lacking, like a spray to wipe down counters. We also couldn’t find trash bags for the smaller cans in the bathrooms, which wasn’t ideal since we’re instructed to take out all garbage.Overall, it was a fine stay.
