Coming to this sparkling clean handsome hotel after beach time in Tulum was fabulous. The restaurant was excellent - my adult kids and I liked the little gourd of chocolate and homemade taco upon arriving- and then the array of regional dishes. Service was perfect. We could swim off our dock and play cards on our private veranda. The heavy wooden shuttered doors in the immaculate were elegant and effective.

We were so delighted with the stay. From the moment we walked in to see about check in from the moment we checked out the front desk staff was amazing. They exceeded expectations. Anything we asked for they went above. The restaurant food was top-notch for breakfast, the location, the quietness, all staff we encountered were excellent. The hotel restrooms the entire area was very clean. It was a beautiful area and will definitely be back. Thank you

Loved the Laguna front villa! It is well kept and staff (majority) was polite. Recommend to anyone who wants to disconnect from the noise of the world and reconnect with nature! One observation, however, would be to place notices/sign to remind people NOT to use sunscreen before entering the Laguna :( as I saw many guest applying it to their kids before they went into the water!
