Personal muy atento y profesional

El personal del hotel y restaurant fueron atentos y resolvieron todas nuestras dudas y problemas que se presentaron. El hotel está bien, pero creo que algunas cosas necesitan renovarse, por ejemplo las llaves de agua de nuestro cuartos estaban verdes. También las sábanas estaban ya muy lavadas y tenían manchas, aunque nos dijeron que las acababan de cambiar, y el personal las cambió. El hotel es un poco ruidoso, pero nosotros íbamos en plan familiar. Una pena el sargazo, infórmense antes de ir, no disfrutamos tanto porque cambia el color del agua y no es lo mismo.

Beautiful views of the sea from the Ocean-view rooms! Staff, notably Alessandra the concierge, was very friendly and helpful! It was very windy during our stay, so the sargassum/seaweed built up horribly right in front of the hotel, but walking down the malecon a few blocks gets you to a really nice beach area. Lots of restaurants to choose from including the one at the hotel which served decent food and drinks. I would definitely recommend this area and hotel to others.

I recommend

One of the nicest hotels in the area with good location. Need a hair dryer in the rooms. Had its own restaurant beach club. The beach entrance is rocky. Nicer beaches further down the malacon. I would stay here again

the music which would have been alright at 7:30am if it was was soft calm type was not it was sum times heavy metal type and did not stop till 11.00pm sum times later also the restaurant service was really bad. They wouldn't bring us forks they wouldn't bring napkins. They wouldn't bring it. We had to go up all the time and ask for stuff. It was really bad.

It's our 5th time staying at Aquastar, we love the hotel but sadly it's not the same. Changes need to be made. The amenities, towels, and much more.I hate that i have to post this about a hotel that i so loved. Staying somewhere else next time.

My family and i liked the hotel. A little problem with the hot water from the shower and also, there were no iron or ironing boars in the apartment. Apart from that i would give the hotel 9
