2 night stay , races

Overall very please with our stay . We arrived to find plenty of toilet roll , kitchen roll hand soap , tea , coffee milk sachets and cleaning products . For a family that stays away this was a great ti see . Parking behind the house was great . Thanks Tarvin house

Nice but not perfect.

Our stay was overall very pleasant, the property was well kept and is in a good location for visitors to the city. The city centre is within walking distance and the zoo is very nearby. The property itself, whilst very clean and of a modern design, did have a few flaws. The sofa and chair in the lounge area were uncomfortable and we found it difficult to settle for the evening after a long day. We gave our daughter the loft room, but due to there not being a suitable blind on the roof window, it was very bright and she was awake very early each morning. The net in the landing window was just hooked over the window handle, and because it was quite a humid weekend we were having to lay the net on the windowsill so we could open the window, leaving it open for people walking along the adjacent alleyway to look in. The bathroom door could not be locked and the toilet seat was cracked. It could also probably benefit from a toilet brush added. These may only be some minor points, but remedying these faults could only have improved the overall quality of our stay.
