Lovely weekend away

Booked this as a weekend getaway and was not disappointed! The chalet was clean, nice, and cozy. The fireplace works wonders to heat it all up and fast! The hot tub was fantastic. The owner is very accommodating and super nice! Would definitely book again and have already recommended this place to friends.

Pas de cĂąble pour la tĂ©lĂ© pas d’instructions pour le foyer pas de divan dans l’annonce on dit divan lit le spa n’était pas propre le couvercle avait de la moisissure la table Ă©tait une table de bar trĂšs haute avec des tabourets trĂšs hauts quand on Ă  parler au propriĂ©taire pour la tĂ©lĂ© il nous a rĂ©pondu qu’il louait un chalet et non une tĂ©lĂ© c’était arrogant dans le chalet il y avait un livre pour les commentaires et il avait plein de pages arrachĂ©s ça devait ĂȘtre tous les mauvais commentaires trĂšs déçu

En gĂ©nĂ©ral c'Ă©tait bien, mais l'extĂ©rieur manque d'entretien. Nous n'avons pas eu la chance d'utiliser les terrasses qui n'Ă©taient pas propre et le spa, dĂ©suet, Ă©tait entourĂ© d'abeille. (Il y a un nid au-dessus de la porte d'entrĂ©e) Nous n'avons donc pas profitĂ© du spa. Pour ce qui est de l'intĂ©rieur, les tapis n'ont pas Ă©tĂ© nettoyĂ©s avant notre arrivĂ©e. Les consignes pour le lavage des serviettes ne sont pas claires. Dans les consignes du courriel, on doit les laver et sur la laveuse ont indique de ne pas les laver ?? Autre chose, quand on monte Ă  l'Ă©tage ATTENTION on s'assomme contre la poutre qui est juste au-dessus ! Les bords de fenĂȘtres et les coins de mur/plafond Ă©taient mal nettoyĂ©s (fils d'araignĂ©e) Le lavage du plancher laissait Ă  dĂ©sirer Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Les pattes de chaises et le balai qui sert Ă  nettoyer Ă©taient plein de mousses et .... Mais on n'a tout de mĂȘme fait un beau sĂ©jour.

Lors de notre arrivĂ©e, le proprietaire a communiquĂ© avec nous. Il nous a fournit les informations nĂ©cessaires ( consignes et activitĂ©s possibles se trouvant Ă  proximitĂ©) En plus, nous avions droits Ă  des raquettes Ă  notre disposition pour chacun de nous. Au niveau de la communication; Alex notre hĂŽte rĂ©pondait rapidement Ă  nos messages et nos besoins. TrĂšs belle experience en GĂ©nĂ©ral, propretĂ© au rendez-vous . TrĂšs beau paysage Ă©galement. Aussi, Ă  la journĂ©e d arrivĂ©e nous avions eu accĂšs Ă  ce chalet Ă  compter de 14hr. Je recommande ce chalet pour un couple accompagnĂ© d’adolescent. Merci beaucoup pour tout Alex et sache que nous comptons revenir et louer possiblement le chalet au grĂ© du vent ou le chalet relax ou encore le chalet coyote. Bonne continuitĂ©!đŸ€—đŸ€—đŸ€—
