We liked the cabin. It was comfortable and clean inside. It was well equipped and everything worked. We enjoyed the outdoor porch. The porch furniture was dusted off, but the porch floor was not swept of pollen.The biggest problem was the the hot tub water was a filthy brown color. Not sure hot long since it had been cleaned. Also nothing on the lower level where the hot tub was located had been cleaned. All of the furniture and floors were covered with a thick coat of pollen. Someone should have checked all of this prior to hosting guests.We contacted the management company and they sent someone out to clean the hot tub the next day. However, it was late in the evening before it was warm enough to use. We basically lost 2 days of use.In addition, there were no instructions in the cabin book or the email they sent us giving the wifi password. Also, we had very poor cell service at the location.We were supposed to scan a QR code in their notebook to get the wifi password, but this doesn't work if you don' have wifi. We have never not had this information provided to us in either an email or the instruction book in the cabin.
