I was very disappointed. I have stayed here before and ot was wonderful but this trip was not. I was unaware that they wouldn’t be cleaning the rooms during the day. The breakfast area was dirty and foodless and the pool was always closed for maintenance. Very unhappy. Don’t think I will be staying there again. The room tissue was empty, soap was barely some

Cheraw Stay

My husband and I traveled to this city to attend our cousin's funeral in Bennetsville (sp). The location was perfect. The staff was super friendly. The room was amazing. Two things I didn't care for: 1- The breakfast chef was really slow on getting the eggs out. Prepare better. 2 - Wasn't able to get an hour's grace period at check out and the front desk made sure they called the room at 1035am to remind us. 🙄 Didn't like this at all, but I will say the facility is outstanding and we will stay here again if we are headed that way.

Think twice

Check in was supposed to be at 4:00. We were finally allowed into our Executive Suite at 4:50. Room was never serviced the next day. Under staffed restaurant and breakfast service.
