Nice hospitality, spacious rooms, and great food. However, the overall maintenance could be better. The bathroom door in my room was misaligned and the lock was broken. I was stuck inside the bathroom for about 20 minutes before the staff arrived. They informed me that it couldn’t be repaired until the next day. They then showed me another room, but when I asked the staff to check the bathroom door there as well, they confirmed that the lock in that room was also broken. This gave the impression that facility maintenance needs improvement. While checking out, they asked if anything was less than perfect, and I mentioned this issue. They offered a 20% discount on the dinner bill, but there was no adjustment to the stay charges. I did not request any compensation. Expected somewhat better treatment from ITC.

The room was spotless and extremely comfortable, and the service throughout the stay was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond by providing an umbrella for my visa interview since it was raining, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. They were also very accommodating with my check-in time upon request, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The food was absolutely delicious — I genuinely enjoyed every meal. Overall, a fantastic stay with great hospitality, and I would highly recommend this hotel.
