Road construction surrounding this hotel is not their fault, but it is annoying. The hotel and all its staff were wonderful. Vegan breakfast was excellent. They called a taxi to bring us to Cheltenham Spa train station. We found the best restaurant named The Coconut Tree which is Sri Lankan, which we had never tried. It was walking distance, and there were numerous vegan delicious options.

Beautiful property very friendly staff and great location We had dinner and was super . Breakfast delicious My only comment would be on the hotel and room temperature. Was so hot impossible to sleep. I tried to put the temperature down, don't think I was successful so switch on the fan Same in the lobby too high . Would be nice a room ambiance 20 degrees

Not as good as it used to be

I have stayed here several times but really disappointed this time. Service during check-in was not hugely welcoming and it felt like it was a inconvenience. No food available on a Monday evening. Heating in the room was not on and took a long time to heat up. Room was relatively clean but a great deal of dust on the bedside lamps and mould on the windows. No shelf or anywhere to put anything in the bathroom. Toiletries not filled or broken tops.

Overnight stay at No 38 The Park, Cheltenham

A beautiful hotel in a great location. Christmas decorations were lovely too - class! The parking options were very good. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were helpful and welcoming. This is our favourite place to stay in Cheltenham. We will be back!
