Out of the four times I’ve stayed at Park Pointe, this is the only time I’ve been disappointed to the point that I may not return. This condo was poorly kept; very unkept and old furniture, dryer room several cycles to dry clothes, kitchen poorly stocked and baking equipment was in poor shape, area rug covering much of the living floor was filthy and stained; Two recliners and “couch” were also poor quality and dirty. We had two toddlers and a crawling infant on this trip and we didn’t feel comfortable letting them on the furniture unless it was covered. The whole unit needs a revamp and some TLC. Sorry, I don’t usually complain, but hopefully this will be taken as constructive feedback and changes will be made or standards will be improved.
