A 3pm check-in turned into a 11pm check-in.. 3 different addresses given. The host said it was because she was woke up at 10pm!! She turned it around to be my fault when it wasn't at all. I called the customer service line for help and it wasn't until a 10pm call back from the host. The front yard was full of trash which my family picked up. It didn't have 1 roll of toilet paper or a trash sack. Due to the time everything was closed so I couldn't do anything until the following day. This trip was for my family because of my stage 4 pancreatic cancer diagnosis. I wanted family memories but the host and not being able to even check-in until 11pm was so very stressful. I wouldn't book anything again through them because of all the issues. Not helpful or professional at all.

The property was pretty good. Does need a few kinks worked out. Like a latch on the bathroom door. And maybe a small trash woth a lid on the porch where they instructed us to leave the trash. Which a animal got into it. But other than that it was very nice and we would stay again.
