Paid a premium for a superior room. No elevator to the second floor. Not safe for seniors. Bath tub elevated and difficult to exit. On a positive note. High ceilings and comfortable bed.

The pool area needs a little bit of improvements, such as lunges chairs and some repainting but besides that the all place is great. Cleanliness, staff, restaurant. And what a charming idea to have included a station of the “ petit train du Charlevoix” right in the property! We will come back for sure!
