Este encantador bungalow se encuentra a pocos pasos de la playa y también de la entrada. La casa presenta un concepto abierto con sala de estar que incluye un televisor de pantalla plana con cable, un reproductor de DVD y acceso a internet wi-fi. La combinación de cocina y comedor tiene capacidad para 6 personas e incluye electrodomésticos nuevos. La casa tiene un nuevo sistema de climatización, una nueva lavadora y secadora de carga frontal y nuevos electrodomésticos de cocina. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen, el segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas dobles que pueden alojar hasta 4, ambas con armarios grandes. El baño tiene una bañera / ducha.

La propiedad cuenta con un amplio patio con patio, parrilla y asientos al aire libre tratados con mosquitos. Lave la arena de los dedos de los pies o las patas con la ducha al aire libre. El patio trasero no está cercado, pero ofrecemos un corredor de perros. El estacionamiento incluye una cochera para 1 automóvil y se permiten hasta tres autos en el sitio. El bungalow de 1 piso está a nivel y ofrece fácil acceso.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con vajilla plana, vajilla, ollas y sartenes y una olla de barro.

Underwhelmed

Why we have indicated being underwhelmed: Dog hair on the furniture, the grass needed to be mowed, spider webs and spider babies in corners, the sofa has stains which makes us think it was dirty, the windows were dirty, the exterior of the house needs a good cleaning ora paint job.

Quick Getaway

Got to experience Isle of Palms for the first time! Property was what we expected, a nice short walk to the beaches. Plenty of space, and having dog bowls available was a nice touch! We had a bit of an issue with the AC, but the host was quite responsive and we had someone out to troubleshoot very quickly! Would definitely stay again when we return!

Beach week

The AC wasn’t working again. This happened when we came here two years ago. At least on the third day we complained and someone was sent to fix it. The returns are very dirty covered in soot and there wasn’t even an air filter in the unit.

Dog Friendly and Convenient

This is a great place to stay in a convenient location with all the amenities you need. It’s nothing fancy, but if you’re just looking for a place to rest your head and maybe eat a meal in between enjoying the surrounding area, this is it.

Little Palm Ave block house....

This home is exactly as advertised. For us to get a quick get away with the dogs to IOP, it is the fine and two blocks from the beach. It's such an easy walk and the home is truly pet friendly.

Clog & leak

The bathroom sink was very slow to drain that made it unusable. We had to use kitchen sink which was an inconvenience. The gutter above the front door was dripping the whole time which was a nuisance when leaving or entering the home. Other than that house was fine

A week at the 'Cinderblock Palace' on Isle of Palms

This older house on Palm Blvd is by no means a luxury stay. That said, however, it did have everything my wife and I needed, and was well equipped and comfortable. The TV in the second bedroom is a Fire TV and so can accommodate all of one's streaming needs. Compared to other properties on pricey IOP, it is a bargain. Beach access is a short walk away, downtown Charleston a 25 minute drive. Jake, the owner, was very responsive and helpful.

Great place, close to the beach!

We had a wonderful vacation at IOP. The house had everything we needed and more! -even a book filled with recommendations of local restaurants , complete with menus and advice -super helpful! The property was great- exactly as advertized, and the location was very close to the beach. It was an easy walk to beautiful beaches and we really enjoyed our stay. Great place for the price!

Our stay was great. We truly rented this place thinking we wouldn’t be in it much, and fully wanted to take advantage of the beach proximity. Given the weather, we did not make it to the beach once and I wouldn’t say this home is one you want to cozy up in. It was clean, and served it’s purpose. But the cinderblock charm isn’t one you want to hang out in a whole lot. Jake was VERY responsive and helpful with early check-in and late check-out. The washer dryer was a great aspect too! And dog friendly!

This place is convenient location, it was tidy and had everything we needed including some beach chairs, boogie board, etc. this is not your top of the line decorated place, as reflected in the price, but suited our family perfectly!

Nice clean as advertised. AC went out first night. Jake responded quickly even though it was after 10. Repair person arrived before 12 next day. Great location. Perfect for 3 people. Would stay again.

Cozy little gem

Excellent little gem in a super convenient location. Walking distance to the beach and a hop, skip, and jump to many food and shopping options. The house is very clean and cozy with all the amenities of home. . The perfect place for a getaway or vacation. The host is very detailed, responsive, and you can tell he wants his guests to be taken care of. Would definitely stay again!

Great Location!

This house was perfect for an after Christmas trip with our daughters. The house was very clean. We loved that we could take our dog! The house is close enough to walk to restaurants and shops. Our only small complaint is that the chairs in the living room were not very comfortable. We did not cook but the kitchen seemed to have everything you need. The house has new appliances and plenty of towels!
