This Folly Beach condo is the perfect spot for your next vacation! This unit offers you the perfect location for Folly Beach as well as the Charleston area. The condo sleeps eight with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There is one king bed, one queen bed, and two sets of bunk beds. From the patio you can watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets that Folly showcases everyday. You can even see dolphins swimming the Folly River! The condo is just steps from the complex swimming pool, tennis courts, and marina. The property sits on the Folly River and is less than a 15 minute walk to the Folly Beach pier and restaurants!

We love this property - we just finished our 4th stay! The location is perfect. Close to the beach, but away from the noise. Great pool and tennis courts that my teenagers loved! The condo is right on the Folly River- you can see the water while you're cooking and sit and watch it fromthe porch.

Surf camp and Folly & Charleston exploring

Excellent home base for our group of 3 adults and 3 kids! Perfect for my morning walk to Folly Beach for sunrise each day while everyone slept in, convenient for kids going to/from Isla Surf camp each day 9a-1p. Did lots of afternoon trips - to Charleston, to Johns Island, James Island, Mt Pleasant. Great home base for us. Condo was clean, stocked exactly as stated, so we knew what to expect and what to pack & shop for on arrival. Beds comfortable, pool was great. Communication with owners was easy and clear. Would definitely stay here again! If you haven’t visited Folly before, just be aware of the weekend morning beach traffic on Folly Rd, so you know to expect it to take you longer to get to Mariners Cay those mornings during peak hours!

Amazing!

We had the best time at this property for our girls trip! The location made it an easy walk into downtown Folly and a quick drive to downtown Charleston! We saw dolphins every day and the unit was very clean and up to date. The pool was also an added bonus as we didn’t plan to be there much but ended up using it every day. I also left behind by headphones upon check out and Rob was quick to contact me about sending them back to me! 10/10 recommend staying here!

Perfect condo in a central location!

Our stay was fantastic. The area is safe, secluded, and quiet. The condo itself is well-furnished with a comfy couch and comfy beds. Bring your own shampoo and soap, though! It was a super quick walk into Folly Beach, which helped avoid the hassle of traffic and parking. Lots of fun restaurants and stores, and only a 7 min drive from the grocery store. The pool is clean and the grounds are beautiful. Loved having parking on the property and loved being able to do laundry! Would 100% stay here again!

Great trip to Folly Beach!

We have stayed at quite a few different properties, and this was one of the cleanest and best-appointed by far. There were many creature comforts (like extra hooks for towels, plenty of blankets, games, ample kitchenware) that made our stay very comfortable. The furnishings were new and up to date.The location was great. We were able to easily walk to Folly Beach to shop and grab a bite to eat. If we come back to this area, we'd definitely consider staying here again!

Beautiful condo with a stunning view!

This condo was perfect for a week-lomg getaway for 4 friends celebrating our 50th birthdays. Check in was a breeze, everything was spotless, comfy beds and spectacular water views. Clean and close to Charleston

The property was exactly as described. We enjoyed the short walk to Folly Beach restaurants, the NYE drone show and the Flip Flop Drop. It was an easy drive to Charleston, which allowed us to enjoy the city without staying in the middle of town during one of the busiest times of the year. I'd stay here again without hesitation.
