Located just one block from Upper King Street within the Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood of Charleston, this brand-new home is surrounded by the historic charm of downtown Charleston while maintaining all the benefits of a new home.

Brand new construction, completed March 2022, this home features an “upside down” floor plan with the kitchen, dining, main living room, and roof deck on the third story while the ground floor maintains a secondary living room leading out to the private spa/pool deck.



Our vision with this floor plan design was to allow gathering on the top level with a roof deck view of the Charleston skyline for everyone to enjoy while maintaining the bedrooms on the first and second levels of the home. The elevator makes getting to the upper floors easy for those not wanting to walk up the beautiful stairwell.



The first floor features an entry loggia area displaying decorative wrought iron, mahogany trim, and marble floors with a small covered outdoor seating area for enjoying a morning coffee. Additionally, on the first level there is a secondary living room with a buffet and wet bar including a refrigerator, ice machine, mini dishwasher, sink, and disposal allowing cocktail creations to be made poolside. The first floor will also maintain a large bedroom with twin xl custom-built bunk beds and a queen bed with a full bathroom.



The ground-level private outdoor area includes an in-ground “spool”, short for spa-pool, measuring 7’x15’ with 8 Jets and a heater (*heating at an additional cost of $25 a day), allowing water temperatures upwards of 100 degrees Fahrenheit, a full-length relaxation bench, and color changing lights. Silver travertine tile deck surrounds the spool for sunbathing and relaxing with an outdoor grill and beautiful palm trees.



Parking is available on site via a 2-car driveway made with brick rowlock and tabby concrete. One of the parking spaces is equipped with a car charging station for electric vehicles.



The second floor includes two bedrooms plus a primary suite all with their own private closets and ensuite baths. The primary suite also maintains a private balcony overlooking the outdoor spool area.



The third floor features a 1/2 bathroom, large kitchen, custom cabinets and high-end appliances, a dining area, as well as a secondary living room that opens out to a roof deck with an outdoor dining table and sun chairs.



The interior finishes include custom wrought iron railings, wainscoting throughout, as well as beautiful lighting and décor. The exterior is highlighted by painted brick with arch details, channel gap siding with shutters, wrought iron, and wood features. This home displays a soft modern style of architecture perfectly reflecting historic Charleston.

We had a great stay at this gorgeous home in downtown Charleston! It’s beautifully decorated, spacious, and fully stocked with everything you could need. The location was ideal for exploring the city, and the in-home elevator was a fun and convenient bonus — especially helpful when traveling with kids.A couple of things to note: the pool water wasn’t very clean during our visit, so we didn’t end up using it. There’s also active construction directly across the street, which brought some noise and took away from the view a bit.Overall, still a wonderful place to stay. A small welcome touch like a bottle of wine or local treat would’ve made the arrival feel even more special, especially after a long cross-country trip. Would recommend for anyone looking for a stylish home base in Charleston!

It was 4 couples for our yearly vacation. Lots of common room and rooms were a good size. 30 min walk to the heart of downtown and communication was good. Property looked as though it was cleaned in a hurry. Property manager was very communicative over a lock on the sliding door that was broken by a previous guest. Overall a great stay and a wonderful time!!!

Property was better than the photos. We all felt comfortable in our rooms and bathrooms. The house allowed many options for quiet time, reading, in-home massages, and a late night dance party! Downtown is a 30 minute walk and there is a great corner pizza place -we grabbed pizzas twice from there. Publix is about a 6 minute car ride. Isle of Palms beach is a 20-25 minute drive. Recommend for an all girls’ vacay!

This home is gorgeous! It is thoughtfully and tastefully designed and decorated. It is two blocks from King Street but exceptionally quiet, safe, and walkable. Ground level has a mini kitchen/bar with a den that has a sofa bed along with a full bath and bedroom with bunked twins and a queen bed. Four adults slept comfortably there. The pool is adorable and is jetted as well. Perfect little patio for catching some rays or chilling after walking the city. The second floor (accessible by elevator or stairs) has three bedrooms: a double vanity king, a single vanity king, and a single vanity queen all with fluffy pillow, soft cool sheets, soft comfortable mattresses, snowy white comforters and large tvs. Oh, and RAIN shower heads in each bath. The third floor has the full kitchen with top line appliances and fully stocked supplies. It has another living room with a comfy sofa bed, large tv and a half bath. It has has a large walk out rooftop patio. Our group of 13 had a comfortable, wonderful time staying here. I invited other wedding guests to stop in to visit because it is so easy to find, park, and beautiful for entertaining. It has two dedicated parking spots but additional nightly passes are available for purchase. The property manager responded within a minute and brought a new hairdryer immediately because the on/off button was broken on one. This property exceeded my expectations and truly feels like a home. SO much better than a hotel for a family. STAY HERE!

Terrific gathering place for girls weekend!

We gathered with a group of 10 for a girls weekend, and had a terrific time. We had a great balance of private spaces and gathering spaces so we could be together, or break away for conversations / work, as needed. The kitchen and top floor are a great size for gathering, and the additional family room / patio on the main level were a perfect complement. The property was as expected, I had great support from our hosts during our entire visit, and we were able to easily walk all of the places we wanted to go. Highly recommend! Would love to return!

Christmas in Charleston

Beautiful house that was perfect for a winter Christmas trip. Great location with short walks to great shopping and dining. The house had everything we needed and was very well maintained. The kids loved the heated pool on some unseasonably cold days. It was nice to stay in the historic part of Charleston but in a modern, new, beautiful house. The management was great to work with. I highly recommend this house for a Charleston vacation.

What an Amazing property!!! Everything as described!! We came to Charleston in search of a wedding venue. The location was perfect to walk or share ride. Great stay however some moments I felt like I was getting scammed by the constant “if you want to check in an hour earlier it will be 150$ extra, if you want the pool heated it will be 100$ extra etc..”. So although we adored this house and location, it felt rather commercial and like a money game rather than a comfortable stay at someone’s house with everything included. this was especially exacerbated by the high price of the stay. Otherwise great experience.
