This highly desirable neighborhood is one of Charleston’s fastest-growing areas, with many of the city’s top restaurants and boutiques just a short stroll away. Charleston just earned three Michelin star restaurants (Malagón, Vern's and Wild Common) and every single one of them is a five-minute walk from the front door. Reserve early to enjoy these world class dining spots.
Start your day with morning coffee on one of two covered porches while enjoying the street views and refreshing breeze. In the evening, unwind with a sunset cocktail on the rooftop porch overlooking the city skyline and the stunning Cooper River Bridge. For those looking to stretch or unwind, two yoga mats, yoga blocks, and an exercise ball are also provided — perfect for rooftop yoga sessions.
The home has three spacious bedrooms, each with a new queen bed and furnished with luxury linens. The home features a full bath on the second and third levels along with a half bath on the main floor. Hardwood floors are throughout the house and the 3rd floor primary suite features a private rooftop porch, en suite bathroom and large dual closets. Each bedroom has new flat screen televisions and the living room features a new 42" flat screen television.

Two off-street parking spaces are provided adjacent to the house allowing for convenient loading and unloading. All new beds too!
The open main floor living area is perfect for entertaining as it boasts an eat-in bar area with seating for 4 people. The porch on the first level opens to the street. A comfortable pull-out sofa is located in the living area along with stylish accent furniture and a large mirror. The home sleeps 6 comfortably in the 3 queen beds, however additional guests are welcome to sleep on the pull-out sofa allowing us to accommodate up to 8 guests.
Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families.
Carriage on Cannon is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2025-06919 and Business License BL012721-10-2018.
Parties and events are not allowed in this property.

We loved our stay at the Carriage on Cannon in Charleston! Overall the property was the perfect size, and the location exceptionally convenient. The kitchen left a little to be desired given the price - the cookware was poor quality (and was also not clean when we arrived) and the utensils, kitchen ware was very bare minimum (one very low quality knife, no vegetable peeler, etc). The dishwasher also didn't seem to do a great job, but the house was stocked with soap, dish pods, etc which was very nice. Beds and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. We loved our stay and would definitely return.

The house is super cute! Exactly what I was looking for, especially with the walk out roof top space. Unfortunately, the bad weather (of course, no one’s fault) we had the entire weekend made those nice outdoor spaces useless, and we could not enjoy them, as planned. I would like to rent that house again - fingers crossed - the weather would be better!

The the property was very clean and freshly decorated. It’s very pretty with light colors and beautiful wooden blinds in all of the rooms. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook one dinner and two breakfasts, including a nice coffee pot a with ground coffee provided plus plenty of pots and pans and utensils. All three floors were comfortable with nice airflow/temperature control. The beds are firm with nice linens. There are a lot of stairs, but that was fine for the ages of the family we had with us on this trip. Communication before during an after our stay was stellar! We had a few questions about places to eat and things to do in the area, and always got a speedy response. Thank you for a great stay!

We stayed here for a conference and then a few vacation days, the house was very nice, remodeled, clean, and also closed to everything.The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had almost everything we needed. It is close to a Target so if we needed something it was just a walk away.We had an issue with the internet one day, but the property management company showed up super fast and fixed it. The only issue we had was that the AC didn’t really cool down the third floor that much, we had to use fans all day and night to keep that room semi cool. But other than that everything was great!!Thank you!!

Birhday get away with friends!!
The house was a perfect choice for our girls get away to celebrate a milestone birthday!! The home was clean and comfortable and was what we saw on line when booking. It is located in a great area - close to shopping, restaurants and historical sights! The house was well stocked and the beds comfortable. Great outside decks too. The only issue we had was with the key pad and our code not working. The management office was very easy to contact and helpful...quick to help with our issue. I would rent this property again!!

Carriage on Cannon 3/15-3/19
Arrived at the location and were pleased with the accommodations. The home was clean and orderly and well appointed. Location was excellent for walking towards King Street for some of the best restaurants and lounges in the city. On site parking was also a big plus. Beds were comfortable bath amenities were very nice. I would highly recommend this property for ease of access to all parts of Charleston.
