This is one of the very few high-quality listings in the area of Chania offering a relaxing worry free stay, where everything is taken care for you! You will surely appreciate the sophisticated and elegant aura, which this house emits.

The space
This is a beautiful 3 floor venetian house where every single detail is taken care of for our guests! You are literally located in the beating heart of the old Town of Chania but at the same time in a private residential neighbourhood. No need to worry about the noise and commotion of the old town nevertheless you are seconds of walking distance to all the points of interest of the city! 2 floors, 2 bedrooms, up to 2 bathrooms and 1 WC, fully equipped, ceiling fans in every bedroom to maintain its venetian character, wifi, large rooftop terrace. Sleeps up to 6 people!

House consists of THREE floors, has THREE (3) bedrooms, a master bedroom, a second one AND an auxiliary bedroom that we only make it available when guests are more than 4, suitable for 6 people. Two fully equipped bathroom (ground floor and second floor) and one WC (first floor) for your convenience! All rooms have celling fans (to preserve the original venetian style of the house). Wifi is available, towels/linens are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped and...last but not least, we boast of an amazing rooftop terrace where you can see the lighthouse and the rest of the Old Town from atop.

•• Detailed description of each room/facilities

• Bedrooms
3 bedrooms are all located on the top floor of our house. The Master bedroom has a super KING size bed with two bed side tables and a closet. The second bedroom is ensuite located in the ground floor and consists of two single beds that we make them as a kind size bed.
The third bedroom (auxiliary) consists of a double bed, a vanity table/desk, and closets, All bedrooms have ceiling fans and are constantly bathed by plenty of sunlight. Auxiliary bedroom we make is available only when more than 4 people book our property.

• Bathrooms
On the first floor, next to the living room you will find a WC. On the bedrooms floors, there is fully equipped bathroom and there is a another ensuite bedroom on the ground floor. All spaces are 100% totally renovated with high-quality materials, brand new accessories, fresh and clean towels. All essentials and toiletries are provided for our guests!

• Living room
Upon the entrance to the house, you find a huge and bright living room with arched ceiling, where you will instantly feel that you got yourselves access to a poet’s den! High quality, luxurious and sophisticated furniture will remind you that this is a place like no other and will make you feel special.
One 3seater wood sculpted sofa (!), 4 armchairs, 1 coffee tables, a round table and a flat tv, comprise the main area. A juxtaposition of traditional artefacts with modern luxury amenities.

• Dining Area
The dining area comprises of a round wooden table with 6 chairs and a big cabinet. Very bright and cosy, suitable for quiet and relaxing dinners, although we are pretty sure that you will spend most of the time dining on our lovely rooftop terrace.

• Kitchen
Right next to the dining room you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all the small and large electrical appliances, tools and facilities for preparing any meal, snack or beverage you feel like.

Its privileged position allows you to enjoy the Old Town with a unique view, including the iconic lighthouse. It is not an exaggeration to claim that this is a rare luxury for a townhouse of Chania city!
