This property has gone down hill since it opened as a Shangrila. It is now 20 years old and despite several branding changes (now VOCO an IIHG hotel) and a renovation, the service and remodel is substandard. The hotel claims it is a 5 star but the room service menu is a joke. The food is hust bad. And the inviting feeling to foreigners it once had with English speaking employees, currency exchange service, ann ATM on premises and a room service menu loaded with foreign options, there are much better options within a mile of this location including the Marriott Xinbei and the Sheraton. Both of these options are much superior.

This Hotel is superb. A lot of other hotel chain would do well to visit this place. It is part of the Shangri-La group and excellent. In the club lounge the amenities offered are good. The staff was courteous and very helpful. Overall one of the best experience in a hotel. I have been there now three times and would return again.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. comparing to other hotels at this level, it had old accessories. But still, it was good. Breakfast buffet was good. Lobby and suroundings nice and in level expected from 5 star. Important: Staff had very good English comparing to other Changzhou hotels I stayed at. Overall a good experience with good value for price.

Perfect five ⭐️

Amazing facilities. I was on a business trip with my wife. The room were spacious, neat and tidy, bedding was soft and comfortable- I was full day on meetings and tired on fallling on bed I got up In morning fresh and charged. The breakfast and dinner were lavish and taken care for every taste. My wife is Vegan. I was worried for her food but attentive service was given by their chef Mr. Pandey. He even cooked special vegetarian dish for him her. The buffet was grand. Good selection of sea food. Lobby has got bar and live music. We spent some time there as well. The girl singing has a melodious voice. I enjoyed dancing there. Reception staff and concierge staff were helpful from the time you get out of taxi. 👍 I will definitely stay there only always. Perfect hotel in Changzhou.

Fudu was excellent! As someone that travels a lot for work I appreciate a nice hotel with friendly service. Fudu exceeded my expectations. The service is friendly and helpful. The area is pleasant with a nice park on the corner to unwind after a day at work. The Traders club breakfast and dinner is very nice. The room was comfortable and after a month there I was sad to leave.
