Fantastic place, a true gem in the nearby neighborhood with access to a lot of dining options. Very friendly staff, great pool and relaxing garden. Looking forward to come back and stay again.

We did not have any proper customer servive at all. There was a reception but it was just there as a part of the hotel decoration. There wasn't any receptionist or any kind of phone to reach out anybody. We didn't have any shampoo or bar of soap in our bathroom, our tv didn't work and room was dirty. There was a mini refrigerator but we werent allowed bring any food or drink from outside. Also they werent animal friendly.It would have been very good experience but unprofessionalism and cheapest of this establishment made it awful. I wouldn't recommend it anybody for this price.

I really recommend this lovely hotel. It is perfect for a get away from the busy and hectic streets of Cesme and Alacati. Perfect to calm your mind in the garden next to the pool or by taking walks around the marina which is located just outside of the hotels door. The staff is amazing too. They're always smiling and super helpful. Really makes you feel like at home. They even arranged a special breakfast time for us because we had to leave a bit early in the morning. Would stay here again any time!

We got fooled by the advertisement but.....Very dirty, no light in bathroom, bathroom needs major work (toilet & shower very bad). Insects & mini-spiders in the room. could not wait till the morning to check out. Breakfast is ok, This hotel is the perfect example to why there should be a negative mark in the rating system. One staff tried to help but not much he could do. Overall everything gets an 'F' mark. BTW, it is just next to a cemetery..

Terrible hotel with very poor cost benefit

I stayed 4 nights on this hotel on aug/17 with family of 5 (I booked 2 rooms), the standards of the place is really not good for the price they charge. Since it was last minute decision on my side to travel to Cesme, there were not many hotel options available, but for the same price there are much better places available. I had many issues in one of the rooms (hot shower and AC not working, light of the bathroom was off on the 2nd day), everything was fixed but it was disturbing dealing with the issues. The rooms have good size but are very old fashion and cleaning is not done properly, the common space is not good as well, maintenance of the garden is not done, even the grass was not cut giving a bad impression for the area. Breaskfast also not good, very few options with low quality products, I had to buy many things from the market to have at least a decent breakfast. Concluding, I was not expecting a luxury place but for the price you pay they need really to improve the place, definitelly the name butik (boutique) does not fit to the place.

Çeşme'de konaklayacak bir yer ararken denk gelip kaldığımız bu otelden cok memnun kaldık. Çalışanları cok güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Bir eksiğimiz oldugunda hemen ilgilendiler. Ayrıca otel gayet temizdi. Sakin ve cok huzurlu bir tatil geçirdik. Hiç düşünmeden burayı tercih edebilirsiniz.
