Very bright villa recently renovated located in Cercedilla, Madrid, in a very quiet area, at the foot of Siete Picos, within a private neighborhood with communal pool and parking. Just 5 minutes walk from the center of the town and stop the urban bus 50 meters.
Maximum capacity 8 pax + 2 babies occupying cot.
Additional guest on sofa bed with supplement.

Space
The house is located in a unique environment, located in the Sierra de Guadarrama Regional Park, in a quiet and familiar urbanization. The house has heating in addition to a wood burning fireplace in the living room. It is a very bright and quiet house in which the details have been taken care of to make your stay very pleasant.

Distribution
It consists of two floors:
Ground floor with living room and integrated kitchen, bathroom with shower, ironing room and two bedrooms 1 with a bed of 150 and another room with a pull-out bed of 80 (2 beds of 80). Sofa bed
The upper floor with two rooms 1 with a bed of 150 and another room with 2 beds of 90 and a bathroom with shower.

Services and common areas
The house has a large garden that surrounds the property and where there is an area where you can park your car, the back has a porch with gas barbecue and another larger porch to eat outside. In summer you can enjoy the community pool.

Neighborhood Overview:
The neighborhood is quiet since it is a private villa colony. A few minutes walk you have the best views of Seven Peaks and you are in full nature.

How to move:
The urban bus stop is 50m away. Bus with a stop at the Cercanías train station. The chalet has its own parking. Regular bus to Madrid with link to Moncloa.
