Why is this a 4 star hotel? The room isn't clean.

"We should have requested a different room. The inside of the toilet wasn't clean. It had that yellow mildew in it. As i was showering, i noticed black mold in the grout. There was yellow stains, I suspect it's mold on the floor. Plus, the towels had stains all over them. I have stayed in nicer 3 ..."

"This is a wonderful place to stay in Boston, it is close to everything you want to see or do. I spent a week with my grandchildren and we walked to all the historical sites. The hotel was clean the staff was friendly and the room looked exactly how it did in the pictures. I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again if traveling to Boston."
