4-room apartment on the raised ground floor, 80m². Entrance with wardrobe. Living/dining room with fireplace. South-facing balcony with mountain view. Separate kitchen with oven, fridge, Chicco d'Oro coffee machine and dishwasher. Bedroom with two single beds. One bedroom with one double bed. Office space. Shower/WC/lavabo. Bath/toilet/sink. TV, radio and internet. First-class and modern furnishings. Wooden floors in the bedrooms and living room. The flat also has a private garage box (entrance max. 2.2m wide, 1.9m high) for one vehicle. Skis and ski boots can be stored in the ski room or in the garage. Pets and smoking are not allowed.

The apartment was extensively renovated and refurnished for the last time in spring 2021.
The two bathrooms were completely renovated in autumn 2023.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The Chesa Lavinas was built in 1970. The Saluver mountain railway can be reached in 15 minutes by foot. Shopping facilities and restaurants are about 200-300m away. Post office and railway station are about 5 minutes walk away.
