The farm 'Il Mandorlo fiorito', is located at 1 km. from the historic center of Ceglie Messapica.
The farm "Il Mandorlo Fiorito", built in local stone historically dates back to the nineteenth century, but presumably older, although the only certain date is 1860, over the centuries the structure has been modified by several successive owners , making often arbitrary variations. In 2014 she was restored by the new owners after having found her in very bad conditions. The farm is today one of the most beautiful in the Valle d'Itria, and has large green areas, centuries-old olive trees, fruit trees, and a vegetable garden, which surround the entire masseria. Around a central farmyard that opens up in the shade of centuries-old acacias, the two apartments called "villa Fico and Ulivo", the hall, the alcove and the ancient mangers overlook. A green area, dedicated to the barbecue area and the beautiful infinity pool, surrounds the houses, while the large parking area extends beyond the central area.
The Masseria is advisable for those who like to go to the sea or on excursions, and refresh themselves in a sober, romantic, elegant and comfortable environment, in a hilly and fresh area (300 mt lm), far from the crowded beaches. Villa Fico
It consists of 110 square meters. and independent entrances. The accurate and refined environment, fine furnishings. It is composed of entrance hall, two bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and bidet, large living room with dining room and kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, fan oven, hob, microwave oven), living room, hair dryer, satellite TV, wifi, private aromatic garden in the citrus grove.
Direct access to the pool from one of the bedrooms. All rooms have air conditioning and underfloor heating for the winter season. Suitable for families, couples, friends, who love their comfort and ease.

ACTIVITIES AND SERVICES OF THE MASSERY
Infinity pool (12 x 6 x 1,35 m approx. With relaxation area with 90 cm seat). The pool is unattended, and jumping and diving is forbidden.
The parking lot is unattended, although it is inside the fenced area. The entire property is for the exclusive use of registered guests of the two Villas Fico and Ulivo
 A personal safe is available in each villa for personal effects.
The pool area and the barbecue area are available to both apartments (villa Fico and Ulivo) as areas to share. We provide pool towels (weekly change).
Solarium. Orchard, almond grove, lawn around the apartments and the pool, olive grove with organic olive oil production, hot water production with solar panels.
(Change of towels every 3/4 days).
Extra final cleaning to be paid on arrival in cash: Villa Ulivo €. 80 - Villa Fico €. 120. For both houses (Villa Ulivo and Villa Fico) €. 200. Sorry, no pets.
