Ilhan is a very bad choice

It was a very bad experience dealing with Ilhan management I would like to raise this complain regarding my reservation at Ilhan Grand Hotel at Uzungil,Turkey. I made the booking through Hotels.com and the booking was confirmed under confirmation number 8147539929680-1 for 2 nights stay. 2 rooms. I was surprised when I arrived at the Hotel 2nd July when the Hotel management informed me that my reservation has been cancelled long time ago because of the change of the Hotel prices and that the Hotel has informed Hotel.com with this cancellation and it is the responsibility of Hotels.com to inform me. I did not accept that and informed the hotel that they have no right to cancel a confirmed booking but surprisingly they informed me that the hotel is already fully booked and offered me another option in another hotel with lower level and higher price leaving me with no other choice. I failed to convince them to check me in and finally I had to accept what they have offered because there was no other choice. I do not advice anyone to book at Ilhan

الإقامة كانت سيئة من وجهة نظري - لايوجد تلفون في الغرفة للتواصل مع الاستقبال- النظافة سيئة جدا لدرجة ماقدرت انام مرتاحة والفرش قديم ومستهلك- الفندق على جبل والوصول اليه متعب وخاصة لو فيه مطر حيكون في طين في طريقك- المبلغ عالي جدا مقارنة بالخدمات الموجودة وحقيقة مافي اي خدمات طلبت فيش قالوا مافي واضطريت اشتريه وطلبت سكر ونفس الشيء مافي- أدوات الحمام مو موجودة - الفندق بشكل عام خيب امالي ولن أكرر الزيارة أبدا

Berbat, çok kötü, size insan olarak bakmıyorlar...

Çok şey söylemek istiyorum ama haklıyken suçlu durumuna düşmek istemiyorum. Otelden erken rezervasyon ile konaklamadan 7 ay önce oda aldım ve parayı 7 ay önce ödedim. Rezervasyon sonrası oteli (Muhammet bey) aradım ve herşey tamam, sorun yok dedi. Konaklamadan 3 hafta önce aynı kisiyle telefonda ikinci kez görüştüm ve herşey nornal, tamam dedi. Ve 3 çocuklu bir aile olarak gece otele gittiğimizde oda yok dediler. Ne söylersem söyleyeyim, dinlemiyorlar. İlave 100 TL alarak başka otele gönderdiler.HARAM -ZIKKIM olsun. Onların gözünde siz insan degilsiniz. Onlar için para önemli, kaldı kı Uzungöl.de heryer din kardeşlerimiz(!) ile dolu ve bu ülke insanı olarak sizin değeriniz yok. Keeinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Sokakda kalın ama buradan oda almayın.

فندق نصاب

فندق كذاب ومراوغ ويفتقد للمصداقية حجزت عنده من شهر فبراير يعني قبل السفر بـ ٥ أشهر ولما جيتهم قال لي حجزك ماهو موجود ولما وريته الحجز قال أكيد الحجز فيه خطأ ماهي معقولة الحجز يكون بهذا السعر والفندق فل وتواصلت مع الإدارة مايردون علي مع إني تواصلت مع الإدارة بعد ماحجزت مباشرة عن طريق الواتس وأكد لي إن حجزي تمام وكل شيء على مايرام لكن يبدو لي إنهم طمعوا لما شافوا الأسعار بالموسم عشان كذا مارضوا يعطوني شقتي مع إن الحجز موجود بالموقع ولم يلغى وحجزي كان شقة عبارة عن غرفتين مع إطلالة على البحيرة وبالأخير اضطريت أتركهم وأبحث عن فندق آخر لأن معي عائلة واليوم بيضيع علي بدون فائدة لأن الموظف قال لي أنت قاعد تضيع وقتك. والله على ماأقول شهيد

خدمات وتعامل الفندق غير مرضية أبدا

الفندق موقعه ممتاز لكن أصحابه سيئين للغاية في التعامل والمصداقية لأنهم ألغوا حجزي بسبب السعر أقل من الموسم وأنا حجزت في وقت العروض هذا شيء الشيء الآخر حجزت غرفتين وأعطوني غرفة لشخص واحد وصالة كمدخل مع العلم أننا خمسة أفراد كذب ونصب واحتيال لا أقول إلا حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل

للاسف ابلغني الفندق ان الحجز ملغي وبعد حوار ومفاصله بينهم تم السكن في مكان اخر عبارة عن شقة مع زيادة في السعر اضطرارت القبول كوني مرهق من السفر والتاخير فندق لا تثق من حجزه رغم اني حجزي من مده طويله
