In Santa Maria di Leuca and precisely in one of the most picturesque areas, Punta Ristola, 50 meters from the sea, in via Porcinara, near the homonymous cave, there is a new and cozy penthouse, just completed which consists of two bedrooms bedroom with sea view, bathroom, living room with kitchenette. Characteristic of this penthouse is the beautiful sea view enjoyed by the bedrooms, the living room and the large equipped terrace ... a 360 ° sea view !!! The environment is spectacular, equipped with air conditioning AND TV; a large outdoor area, a part of which with a view of the lighthouse, the port and the cathedral of Santa Maria di Leuca is covered by a beautiful wooden pergola and allows you to enjoy it at its best (breakfast and dinner can be enjoyed outdoors) ). Shower also outside (with hot water)
The place is well connected with many tourist locations and not: from Gallipoli to Otranto, or to the nearby Maldives of Salento or to the many villages rich in history and folklore. In addition to the services that make this extreme part of Italy appreciable, you can count on a warm welcome and, given the times of constraints, on a truly interesting offer.

Een licht appartement met een heerlijk uitzicht naar 3 kanten

Roberto is een vrolijke en zeer behulpzame gastheer. Hij reageert snel. Het appartement is licht en vanaf het terras is er naar 3 kanten een heerlijk uitzicht. Je ziet altijd de zee! Het is fijn dat er bij de schuifdeuren en bij de ramen in de slaapkamer insectenwerende horren zitten. De warmwatervoorziening is prima geregeld en het bed en het beddengoed waren aangenaam. Als je de weg oversteekt, ben je bij een prachtig uitkijkpunt: de zonsondergang is daar spectaculair. Het loopje naar de stad duurt een kwartiertje en biedt constant een mooi uitzicht op zee.

A place with a marvellous view!

The appartment is well mantained, offering 2 rooms to sleep and a living room with a kitchenette. The matrimonio bed in one room is alright even for two. The open terrace offers nice views to both sides of the sea. We were quite unhappy that the presummer did'not offer the temperature fot use of the terrace especially at night. The short way to the centre, the restaurants and bars and not at least the lungomare makes the place a very good one for your stay. Explorations from there to all the other places of the Salento are well advised by the most helpful and friendly Roberto.
