Stunning property with magical views .
The description of the property was accurate . The house is set in a stunning location, with amazing vistas. I woke to views of snow capped mountains bathed in sunshine . After a perfect start to the day a short drive to the village provided the opportunity to indulge and have freshly baked croissants, cappuccino and converse with the friendly " locals ".
The house was spacious and the layout perfect for the six of us . The fire in the kitchen took the evening chill off the air and we spent several evenings , chilling playing board games and drinking the excellent local vino . After a hard days treking / cycling it was perfect to relax and hang out in .
The property was well maintained by Sergio and Annemarie , ( the local farmer and his wife ) who are super friendly . They will at a reasonable cost cook dinner and provide complementing local wines .
We were there at Easter so although it was too chilly to use the pool we had some lovely BBQ's. Our days were spent exploring the medival towns , hiking with the occasional trip to the coast .
The local restaurants were exceptionally well priced and served simple but good wholesome food . ( One member of the party was vegetarian but this did not prove to be problematic ).
I would love to revisit and will certainly recommend to my friends .
