Die Wohnung sowie die Anlage mit Pool sind sehr gepflegt und sauber, die Vermieter nett und unkompliziert. Sehr stark störend war für uns jedoch die ab mittags bis teilweise 0:30 Uhr stattfindende Dauerbeschallung durch das Animationsprogramm des nebenanliegenden Hotels. In der Wohnung selbst kann man wegen guter Fenster diesen Lärm jedoch ausblenden, muss diese aber hierfür geschlossen halten.Vom Balkon der kleinen Wohnung sieht man tatsächlich einen Streifen Meer, muss hierzu aber stehen und über das ungepflegte Nachbarhaus sehen. Der Balkon für die kleine Wohnung (4 Betten) ist sehr schmal und hat nur Platz für maximal zwei Personen. Im Hof neben dem Pool kann aber in einem Gemeinschaftsbereich ein Tisch genutzt werden.

Una excelente opción para descansar y hacer turismo

El apartamento forma parte de una mini urbanización en la que vive el propietario y otros familiares. Está ubicado en una zona residencial tranquila cerca de la playa y de un excelente chiringuito. Dispone de aparcamiento dentro del recinto, aunque está algo alejado del apartamento. El apartamento es algo pequeño (especialmente el salón-comedor) y no dispone de terraza, pero esto queda ampliamente compensado por la maravillosa piscina y las mesas a pie de piscina (en las que hicimos varias cenas, aunque implica subir y bajar escaleras) El trato con Mariano fue excelente ya desde un buen inicio, en que nos permitió hacer “early checkin”. También nos recomendó varias actividades y visitas en la zona.

Séjour parfait

Très bon séjour, très joli cadre, temps superbe. Mariano et Léa sont des hôtes charmants, très arrangeants. Nous avons pu profiter des appartements plus tôt à l’arrivée et plus tard au départ. Les appartements sont conformes aux photos, arrangés avec beaucoup de goût et confortables. De la terrasse sur laquelle nous avons pris tous nos repas, on peut voir la mer. Dans le jardin se trouve une piscine entourée de palmiers et un coin très agréable sous une tonnelle, nous y avons joué aux cartes. On peut rejoindre une jolie plage en moins de 10 minutes et manger dans un restaurant sur le sable. Le parc archéologique voisin est remarquable, une plage se situe juste en dessous. Et nous avons aussi fait une dégustation d’huile … excellente, nous en avons rapporté. Un petit super marché se trouve à 5 minutes en voiture, on y trouve le nécessaire. Quelques restaurants sur des plages nous ont séduites : Da Vittoria à Menfi ou le restaurant Stabilimento balneare. Tout était réuni pour passer de très belles journées.

Eine sehr schöne, für Paare oder kleine Familien gut geeignete Wohnung in Strandnähe.

Es hat uns bei Mariano und seiner Frau, die beide sehr sympathische und aufmerksam e Gastgeber sind, sehr gut gefallen.

Fint boende med pool och nära till strand

Ren och fräsch lägenhet men ganska kompakt. Vi var två vuxna och två barn på ca 50 m2. Det finns ett stort härligt utekök man kan nyttja med massa färska örter runt knuten. Poolen och området runt poolen var väldigt rent och fint. Värt att veta är att det är siesta mellan 13.30-16.30 vilket innebär att man inte får nyttja poolen under den tiden. Värden Mario och hans fru var väldigt gästvänliga. Dem bjöd på mandlar och fikon från deras odlingar och berättade gärna om Selinunte och hur man tog sig lättast till stranden, vart närmsta butik låg och vilka restauranger som fanns i området.

Fantastic

The apartments are well equipped comfortable, spotless, and well maintained. Each bedroom had a pile of fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries, and there was a welcome plate of Sicilian biscuits on the dining table.There is an attractive terrace with plenty of undercover seating and tables, a lovely big pool, with shower, and sunloungers. Also a children`s play area with swings, plus a further al fresco eating and cooking area, all set in attractive, well maintained garden.There is also parking. The owners were very friendly, and helpful and charming. The villa is within walking distance of the shops, a good selection of restaurants, and a beach, though a better beach is a short drive away.
