Reception area really overwhelming with such a bad smell. The staff member was so grumpy and offered no help not advice. Didn’t advise about opening hours etc not checking out. No hair dryer in the apartment so had to return to her and she was clearly in a rush handed the dryer and said to return it to reception when leaving. No where to leave it at 7am. Not at all helpful

Well priced apartments, but a little soullesss

Well priced accommodation for a family of four for two nights, but the location and decor left us a little wanting. It's a bit of a walk to actually get to the beach (20 mins), but the room was well equipped and tidy. Wifi was expensive and spotty, and the whole complex was a little soulless (as is most of Empuribrava). Pool had families and older folks, but the rooftop was a little cramped. Glad we were able to book in a crunch, but would stay in Roses next time.

Great Location & Views, But Pools Need Attention We loved the marina views from the balcony—such a peaceful spot with boats passing by. The apartment is in a prime location, just a short walk to the beach and main street full of restaurants and bars. Staff were responsive, replacing a broken kettle quickly and providing a second key when asked. Fresh towels and sheets were provided after a week. However, the property needs better maintenance. The bathroom tap was loose, some plug sockets were uncovered, and the balcony door didn’t lock. The pools were a major letdown—bird droppings around the upstairs pool and thick green grime in the downstairs one, which stained swimwear. Extra charges for a balcony (£65) and parking (£12/day) added up. Also, boat residents using the facilities made it feel less exclusive. With some improvements, this could be a fantastic stay.

Caution when booking: property location is not very convenient (distance to beach and city centre), the 1 bedroom apartment unit on Expedia is misrepresented and does NOT have a balcony whereas the pictures associated to this lodging unit depict many instances of a spacious balcony. You have to pay a 10EUR/night fee for the balcony and there are few units with balcony available. The aircon & dishwasher in our lodging unit were out of order and not fixed during a 2 week stay, the amenities and property are generally in poor condition, wear and tare combined with low maintenance are taking their toll. The pools are relatively small and pretty shallow, no pool umbrellas available and no shade to seek refuge from the summer sun. I would not recommend long stays with a family in this property due to location and lacking facilities/amenities.

Les prestations de l'appartement sont très TRÈS bien surtout la cusine sur-equipée ( machine à laver, lave vaisselle, machine nespresso, four et micro-onde). Il était très propre, surtout la salle de bain! Les prestations de l'hôtel sont ok, Depuis l'appartement, on a une vue sur le canal, c'est reposant. Depuis le toit terrasse la vue est juste incroyable. Un bémol pour le "bain à remous" est à l'extérieur, non chauffé. Pas utilisable en début de saison. (Mais l'été ça doit etre top !). Le sauna quand à lui est top ! Un super point positif aux deux réceptionniste qui nous ont superbement accueilli et renseigné ! Le quartier est calme, l'hôtel est dans une impasse, pas de circulation ni de restaurant bruyant à proximité, mais très bien situé que ce soit de la mer ou du centre tourisme d'Empuria, Bref, trop bon séjour dans cet hôtel !

Des hôtesses d’accueil très agréable et souriante, un logement super et un endroit calme. Même si les murs ne sont pas très épais car on entend quand même un peu c’est pas très grave car ça ne dure pas. Un chien qui aboie ou du bruit dans les escaliers c’est jamais très long. Je garde précieusement ce logement car on a vraiment aimé le lieu. Merci pour votre accueil

La chambre était impeccable spacieuse. Le logement sur le port et la mer, un séjour plein de ressources et de repos. Enfin la cuisine est équipée peut permettre à chacun de faire les petits plats dont ils ont besoin, je remercie la structure ainsi que tout le personnel, très aimable, nous reviendrons pour de futurs vacances dans vos établissements.
