On the ground floor a large living room opening onto a fully equipped American kitchen and on the 1st floor 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms including a master suite with its private bathroom.

This house is air-conditioned, wifi connection is included.

Outside you will enjoy a large covered terrace and a swimming pool with its outdoor shower.

You also have direct access to the 10 m mooring in front of the house to park your boat.

This house is ideally located in the centre of Empuriabrava,

You can practice different water sports such as sailing, surfing, kite surfing, scuba diving.
