Villa Lucia 9 - Three Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 9

Villa Lucia is a private villa with pool in Le Marche, a few km from the historical centre of Castelfidardo, the Italian capital of accordion to which is dedicated the PIF, an important international festival held in September. This lovely borgo is set on a hill and gives to its visitors many panoramic views, from Le Marche countryside to the coast. Less than 10 km from the villa there are the beach resorts of Numana and Sirolo with the famous beaches of the Conero Riviera – among the most beautiful on the Adriatic coast. Other easy-to-reach and not to be missed destinations are Loreto with its sanctuary, Recanati – birthplace of the famous poet Giacomo Leopardi and Ancona with its picturesque gulf. The accomodation is located in a quiet and private position, surrounded by thick vegetation sheltering it from prying eyes. At guests’ disposal a wide pool and equipped porch to enjoy al fresco dining. The property is totally fenced with wire mesh.

The villa is set on three levels. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a living room with dining area both with direct access to the equipped porch, service bathroom, and storage room. An internal staircase leads from the living room to the first floor, also accessible via an external staircase; it is composed of a bedroom with two single beds, double bedroom with small balcony with view over the pool, bathroom with shower and bath. Walking up three steps, there is a wide relaxation area with double sofa bed. A wooden staircase leads to the top attic floor composed of a bathroom with shower and double bedroom with additional single bed.

- Extra cleaning during vacation: € 15 per hour, 3 hours min.;
